I drive a 2022 LT. My Spotify app all of a sudden stopped working about a month ago. The app will open and show my playlists, but when I choose a playlist to play, nothing happens. I tried to uninstalll/reinstall. I've tried checking to updates (none available) and I tried to contact both Chevy and Spotify but that went about as well as you'd expect. Does anybody out there have a similar issue? I've tried to look for information online, but I've found nothing.

I've taken to using Android Auto, but I liked the idea of the in-dash app. If I forgot my phone, or if my phone battery died, at least I could still play my music. I know this is a trivial first-world problem, but it's still annoying.

It is related to Onstar's app servers not functioning properly with spotify. Apparently they are working on it, but no final date is available.

Thanks for the input! You'd think Chevy would have told me when I called them. How did you find this out? Are you having the same problem?
I found a thread in a Chevy Traverse Forum. The person had onstar and called them for help. that was the answer he got.

My Spotify app updated a couple days ago. I don't use it, but it wanted to update, so I let it.
