The serpentine belt came off while I was driving today. It is still on the vehicle in the engine compartment but does not seem to be on the pulley. Is this an expensive repair?

Should be easy to do yourself if you have access to YouTube.

And I haven't had to replace one on my 'Nox yet, but I did on my Impala... and you'll likely need a breaker bar to take the tension off of the tensioner to get the belt on.

It turned out that it was the tensioner that was broken. Got it repaired today.

Thanks. Replaced the serpentine belt and tensioner yesterday and it is working. New issue this morning was the AC wasn’t blowing cold air. I hooked up my OBD to see if I would get a code and got P0128. Went through the configuration screens on the infotainment screen and checked out the vehicle settings for climate. Turns out the auto defog boxes were checked. I unchecked them and cleared the code and the AC works fine
