Running rough in winter?

Anyone else's equinox really lethargic in cold weather? My 2012 even after warming up is all around very lethargic in cold even struggles to shift up in cold (ive already changed tranny fluid 4 times since i bought it thats not the problem)

I use full synth. The engine light has been on for 3 months now it has a bad cylinder im told

running on 3 cylinders would make it a bit lethargic in any weather
