Have a 2007 Equinox and took it in for a new computer and reprogramming; after install, it sends signal but it is not receiving. These folks can't seem to understand why it is not connecting and/or turning over. Can anyone help out with this? All help is welcome to figuring this problem out. Prefer experienced techs. Vehicle has been with Chevrolet shop for way too long and to install and reprogram - it should not have taken more than 2 hours to do this at most.
