Radio channels not working after connecting Apple CarPlay?

On my 2025 RS Equinox -After staring Apple CarPlay my radio would no longer play any radio preset stations. This also included XM channels. New selection would play for about 10 seconds then go off until I would pick a different channel. I pulled over and shut the car off. When restarted, the radio was back to working fine. I then just used the on board Google Map. Has this happened to anyone else?

Something similar when the car connected to my phone but my phone wasn’t playing anything. Changing source on the radio fixed this.

Hi, Jeff... I haven't had that exact thing happen. But I use Google Maps via CarPlay a lot. Often when CarPlay starts up, my car's audio source will switch from XM (my default) over to my phone (playing nothing). I then have to go through the DIC to switch the audio back to XM.
