Radio changes sources on its own

My 2016 Equinox Radio will change sources on its own. From Am to FM to XM to USB and so on. Generally occurs when I hit a bump, but will also occur less often sitting still. This has been happening for over a month now.

Is this a programming issue or do I need a new radio?
