Hi I’m new to this forum,
I bought a 2016 2.4l Chevy Equinox LT a year ago certified pre owned. Completely buyer’s remorse now. I had no clue of the PCV issue until now. It started running rough a few other issues tied to the PCV issue. I figured I do a simple tune up. The drilled out hole in this picture was there when I purchased it. Can anyone please tell me if this might be a hole to help with the PCV issue. Any guidance & knowledge you help me with in a best possible fix will be greatly appreciated. I can’t waste the money to have a quick fix fail. I also have absolutely no one to ask for guidance.

I’m grateful for anyone’s time answering.

Sincerely,
Michelle
