Pairing phone to 2016 Chevy Equinox LT Bluetooth. Help

I can't pair my phone to the radio. The phone button on the touch screen for the radio is greyed out and nothing happens when I click it...it's like it's disabled. How I I fix this so my phone can be connected to radio?

The software version of the the radio is 84063133 version E0.11.20.40

Try to reset system to factory settings , I had this problem and it solved it.

Try to reset system to factory settings , I had this problem and it solved it.

I just factory reset it and I'm still not able to connect via Bluetooth. The phone icon is still greyed out and won't allow me to select it.
