I hit two cars, a telephone pole then rolled it... it ended up on the roof. I got out by myself and the only injury was a cut on the head and a concussion. The steering wheel airbag did not go off!!! All of this was caused by a medical condition which made me "zone out" I have no memory of the accident, that whole afternoon or where I was for 2 hours after leaving work and before getting into the wreck. The medical condition I had (two bleeding ulcers) almost killed me. In fact, the GI doctor flat out told me in a follow up visit that he didn't expect me to live.

Wooo to stay as the car is a miracle you're alive. No doubt your case is one in a million, you came out unscathed after the big crash, but good that you can tell your experience and see how it turned coke after the accident.

It looks like the main part of impact is where the Equinox excels in. I don't know if you would be alive in any of the other cars in its class with this type of impact.

There was one car in its class that was close but Honda and Toyota were in the less than "poor" safety rating for this type of wreck. I think that rated it almost hazardous in those automobiles.
