Multi function switch or rear wiper motor

Hi all.

My dear wiper recently stopped working. From time to time, in the past, the toggle switch located in the right hand steering wheel multi function switch wouldn't turn the wiper on. Now it's dead.

I'm 90% sure it's the switch, anyone have any experience with this?

Mine would work sometimes, then it stopped totally. Replaced the motor and problem solved. Water leaks in past the seal and takes it out.

Hey thanks for the advice. I replaced both the motor (rusted shaft) and the steering column switch/lever, and it's still not working. All of the other functions of the wiper lever are working, though, including rear wiper fluid jet. It's just the wiper.

When I changed mine I made sure I had power at motor to confirm the motor was bad. I would start by checking the fuse and then the relay.

No power to the motor. I decided to run the wiper off the 12v power supply running from my 6 gang switch panel.
