I did a little research and I could not find a MAP sensor for your vehicle in GM Parts or repair manual. I did find a U_Tube abort replacing it though, but it does not show engine size. https://www.1aauto.com/how-to-replace-map-sensor-2005-09-chevy-equinox/video/51331. That all being said I am suggesting there not one but I have been wrong before. Good Luck
Thank you, i went on to RockAuto and they sell one, so I'm confused about it. I've watched the A1 Auto video, it's on the 3.4L, the 2 engines do not have the same manifold.
My engine is idiling rough and erratic, then sometimes its like nothing is wrong. Then sometimes when i go to accelrate the engine lags. Anyone has any ideas.
I retired from a GM Technion after 30 plus years and I never had to change a MAP sensor. Does or is the check engine light on? Sometimes these running conditions require a scanner to read what computer is seeing like the short and long term fuel trim. Also do you know your fuel pressure. How old are you spark plugs.
