I am looking to go from 235/55R18 to a 235/65R18 on a 2nd gen (2011) Equinox. I know this is a 1.9" larger overall diameter and am slightly concerned about clearance issues. Has anyone gone this large without issues?

You should be worried about drivetrain issues. son an older vehicle this will put extra strain on worn components in the transmission and differentials if you have AWD it will probably fail also. not to mention speedo problems and brake problems.

First thanks for the reply, but before you assume you should probably ask questions, or just comment on the question I asked. It is not an AWD, so does not have a differential, the brakes are brand new, all the front suspension components have just been replaced and the new transmission and drive axles are going in next week. Oh and yes the speedometer will be off by about 4 MPH. Thanks again for your reply that did not help one bit with my question.
