I am posting this because I just got a call from my internetz company and they said that it should update my system router with the faster service in the hour.


I think that I may need to acquire for a modemsince I have had this one for the past 3 years.

This is better than the first test... It might be a little sooner than an hour in this case to notice improvement.

Service is rated @ 18 down and 1.5up...So very close to those numbers

Plus its on a wireless laptop

I do to, it's not really running that fast.
It goes to 10 then up to 40 or so then down to 10 then it pegs out at what ever.
It is fun to post the # I get sometimes.

Did you notice the box that tells your rate for download for music and videos?

How long does it say it will take for 500mb?

O it's running and I can download big files off a fast server lightning fast at times.

I'm doing this on my laptop-wireless connection with the police scanner going and 2 other sites open up.
