Intermittent lift gate

Where is the relay for the power lift gate? I own a 2019 Equinox Premire. The manual shows cabin Fusebox relay K03 however the position is empty.

The power lift gate works intermittently.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It seems to be heat related. When the weather is cooler (70-80) it works well but if the weather is 90 or above, it doesn’t work.
