there is a reset procedure for the infotainment that might help. Can't hurt to try. The first one 2014- 2016 actually worked on my 2022, so I copied them all.
In total, GM provided instructions on four systems, which includes:
- Mylink/Intellilink (2014-2016)
- Press and hold the home and fast-forward buttons for at least 10 seconds.
- GM Infotainment (2017-2019)
- Press the Onstar call button, and immediately hang up.
- GM Infotainment without built-in Google (2019-2023)
- Turn the vehicle off, and then turn it back on.
- GM Infotainment with built-in Google (2022+ full-size trucks and SUVs, Cadillac Lyriq, 2023+ midsize trucks)
- While in "Park", press and hold the phone hangup button on the steering wheel for 10 seconds.
