I have deal for 2020 Chevrolet Equinox FWD 4DR LT w/1LT with 61K miles $24000 .​

It's a fleet car.
1. Is it a good price?
2. How reliable is this car compared to other SUVs?
3. How is the resale price after 2-3 years

It’s hard to advise you because of local conditions and condition of the vehicle. An Equinox in my area without AWD would not bring as much as yours. I was given 28K for my 2019 LT AWD with 42K miles but it was in great shape. Look around and see if you can find another to compare it with.Best wishes! With the turmoil in the car industry now, no one can tell you a value 3 years from now….but reliability is good
