I decided to go with Icon Rocklear. It must be installed by a certified Icon Rocklear detailer. At this stage, I can say this is a commercial grade product since I could not purchase it to install it myself. I was told it has a unique way to be applied that you need to be shown.
I took into consideration MY Cost to do everything myself: Ceramic coating (>$100 minimum), plus the misc. materials (paint correction level 1 and 2, iron fallout spray, buffing pads, micro fiber towels etc >$200). Plus your sacrificing your time, how can you put a value on that.
Verse having it done with Icon Rocklear. *I did not pay the insane prices that the dealers for Icon Rocklear are asking $1500 - 2500. A notch below the cost of having a clear PPF installation of $3500 - $4500.
The vehicle is curing inside my garage below, it is crazy shiny. I will have it out on the weekend for more photos. For maximum durability, I was told no rain/water for 7 days, and no washing the vehicle for a month. Next week I will take the car out and use it as a daily driver. My goal is long term, I will only know that in a year's time. I am not affiliated nor received any promotional offers for giving my opinion.
