How do I get my 2014 Equinox Audio system to start up connecting to my phone?

2014 Equinox LTZ I have to got to home screen and click on BT icon each time I get in the car. Is there a way to pin it to BT? -Bill

I have connected 3 or 4 androids to my 2014 LT. Also disconnected and reconnected once or twice when things just sorta stopped working the way they had been working. I have never had to do it on any kind of a daily or even a regular basis. I think the process starts at settings and then to phone. Pretty much just follow the prompts from there. Try doing it again but DISCONNECT your phone before trying to reconnect. I don't remember see anything about turning the Bluetooth to AUTOMATICALLY CONNECT but it might there and maybe yours is shut off.
