HID headlight same housing as halogen/LED?

I have a 18 LT with the HID. hit a downed tree branch and smashed the driver headlight assembly to bits. I know the LT has HID but its $400+ for a replacement. Can you use the halogen or LED housing and put the stock HID into it without any modifications?

Do they have the projector lenses in the headlight? If so you can replace with leds or just get aftermarket hids. Theretrofitshop.com sells them
