I am a new Equinox owner. I bought a 2016 Equinox 2 months ago. I originally paired my Galaxy S9 without issue, but it suddenly stopped working. The phonebook contacts will not pair and I can accept a phone call, but cannot make a phone call hands free. Took it to the dealer and the tech's S7 pairs with no issue. Have tried unpairing and repairing phone, updating phone software, restarting phone, sharing contacts by Bluetooth, but nothing works. So disappointing in a new vehicle, even though it's a 2016 model. Anyone have other suggestions?
