Fully Machined Zero Mile 2.4 Engines w Warranty

I rebuild these Ecotec engines here in Las Vegas and decided to post on here to offer options to fellow Equinox and Terrain owners.

The local dealerships charge about $7,800 to replace the 2.4 power plants.

The local shops (if willing to do it) charge about $4,000 for a used swap.

I rebuild these engines using all GM factory parts.

4 new updated GM pistons
Updated piston rings
Main bearings
Rod bearings
Polished crankshaft
Block machine honed
Refurbished cylinder head (valve job, valve guides, stem seals)
16 new valve lash adjusters (lifters)
Front & rear timing sets (guides, gears, tensioners, chains)
Water pump
Head gasket
Rear main seal
Front main seal
4 Iridium spark plugs
Thermostat
Valve cover gasket
Timing cover gasket





I prefer to install this engine myself to insure proper oil system prime and break-in. I will sell outright though.


Prices for all engines vary and depend on tne condition of your core engine.

The replacement pistons and rings are the updated parts from GM to correct the oil consumption issue.

The timing chain kit is also updated with latest GM revisions.
