exhaust smell

I have a 2017 Equniox 145,000 miles, sometimes I have an exhaust smell coming through the vents but eventually goes away.

I did pass the emmissions test recently. Any ideas ?

Check to see if your resonator has a hole . Just Google it.

Cracked exhaust manifold would be my guess. Super common on the Equinox 2.4L of this vintage.
