Equinox idle problems

Ok, i have a 2012 Equinox has the following issues.
Check engine light
Service stabilitrack
Reduced engine power. ( failsafe mode)
Ran the ODT scan tool and pulled codes
P0016 crank shaft pos sensor
P0089 fuel rail pres. Sensor
P0228 throttle/accellorator pos sensor
P0191 fuel pressure performance
When all the trouble started the engine would just want to die as you came to a stop in traffic and ran rough there after.
The problem would reset if you turned the key to off and then back on.
I replaced the crankshaft pos sensor
And the accelorator pedal
Cleared faults
Ran a fuel pressure check but the car would not run long enough for sufficient diagnostics.
I also cleaned the throttle body and inspected all electrical connections on the front of the car related to the fuel system.
The car does not even start not.
I suspect a fuel pump
I am at a loss, money is key here because we really dont have any.
Any help would be greatly apretiated

Are you having all of the codes or just the p0016? If so your timing guide is more than likely broken and the timing has skipped a few teeth.
