DRL's/ Auto headlights

I suppose I could just go out to the parking lot and try this without asking the question... but I figure for historical value, I'll ask and probably answer my own question (unless someone comes along that knows the answer first) and it'll be here for future users.

If I disable my DRL's by removing the fuse, will that in turn eliminate the Auto headlights? I would not think so, but as GM put the regulator and filter as part of the fuel pump and door chime thru the radio, it would not suprize me if this were intertwined as well. LOL.

I have an OBS, I pulled the DRL fuse because I installed HID's, the Auto
feature still works fine on mine. I have no idea about your NBS series.

OBS=old body style

On the older Nox's you can just pull a fuse to disable DRL, its not possible on the 2010+ as its in the BCM

Yeppers, Mine's an 08, Just yank your fuse
