Here is a new GM TSB involving the rattle or vibration of the front and rear door panels of the 2025 - 2027 Equinox and Terrain, and how to easily fix it without a trip to the dealer: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2026/MC-11036221-0001.pdf

The door panels were rattling on my 2025 Equinox RS AWD. It was purchased new and the door panels never removed for service. When I removed the front and rear door panel cup liners, the bolts for all four panels were loose and could be removed with my fingers.

I do not like the forum’s dark mode - it makes it difficult to easily read. I have my preferences set to light mode when I log in, but I don’t always log in. When reading the forum posts in dark mode, the links are almost impossible to see.

When I added blue thread locker to the four door panel bolts, the bolt head is a 7mm.
