Center Console

New Member.
I just bought a 2010 Equinox and have discovered that the Aux and USB does not work in the center console. I would like to trace the wire to make sure that all is plugged in correctly but can not seem to get into the center console. How does this come apart? I have searched this forum and others with no luck. Please help if you can.

Before you go tracing wires, try a different device, such as a different phone and/or a USB flash drive....

Also, make sure you are using a functional cord!
