Body Shop isues

Had some damage to the left rear of our 2020 Terrain SLT. Left rear quarter panel bumper and lift gate. It wasn't major damage, repair bill was $3500.00

They had the car for five weeks because of unavailability of parts.

Have any of you had this problem?

Yes, supply issues abound in all industries right now. In my industry, electric utility, we have leads times of over one year for some parts and longer for others. We've had to change a lot of how we do business to accommodate for the supply issues. Typically, it's manufacturers that are not able to obtain raw materials for their processes.
