Just brought my new 2022 Equinox home. Does the blind spot monitor not have an audible alarm?

Just brought my new 2022 Equinox home. Does the blind spot monitor not have an audible alarm?

We have a 22 and I have not heard an audible alarm for BSM. Just the light in the mirror. I have had several vehicles with BSM and have never heard anything audible when a car is detected, just the light.

Thanks for the responses. My wife and daughter's vehicles have audible alarms. The Equinox apparently does not.
