I used to compete USAC & IASCA, but it has been years
and I'm building another system. (Not for Nox, the OEM 7
speaker system with Sub seems to do fine for the Wifey.)

Who here has systems & what brand subs are you using?
(Not asking for pictures cause I wouldn't post pic's of my
stuff for security reasons, just wanting some details/info)

Back in the day you pretty much ruled the competitions with some JBL GT series or JL's 15" with the right amps you could get it to pound...

Right now I have a couple subs that are just chilling. Mtx 10" and a Rockford 10" I would have to dig them out to tell you what they are.

The second part of your post reminded me of the comedy spiel that he was like:

"I like the guys that put the decals all over their cars. It reminds me of a check list for criminals... Let's see if we have everything: Alpine Stereo, JL subs, Rockford amp... Check, Check and check... haha"

I still have EVERYTHING from 1996 (Last Year I competed)
but I just sold my subs to a friends son cause they do not
fit the grand scheme of my newer project. (2 RF Pro 10's)

I'm considering using a "Not Well Known" brand because it
looks like their spec's are up my ally. (2 bad that Not well
known doesn't = cheap, cause they're $520 to my door!)

First part of 90 was the last year for the IROC, they lost that name so they started building Z\28 again.
So if you want a 92 (best year to get) then you will get a Z\28.

Just so you know

Thanks. I was thinking that as I was typing it but thought someone would set me straight..

They should have run the 92 through to 95 IMO...

I would love to get one and transplant a LS1.
