since the relearn tool is cheap, maybe buy 2 next time so you have a backup?

And a side note ..... Sometimes after a tire rotation, I have to drive a few miles before the sensors show the tire pressure. I learned the hard way. First time I was almost home and realized TPS's were blank. I turned around and as I pulled back into the tire place I looked and they were all reading correctly. It's just a TPS thang! ;)

damned sensors are still glitching. they are in my winter wheels. took a few tries last year to get them to set but ten tries this year no dice. using the el50448 tool.
sensors are

they just won't read worried the batteries are dead. bought from rock auto last year. ran one winter was a pain getting them to learn the first time. some of that might've been I wasn't setting parking brake but after a few tries i got it. car is 24 lt.

That doesn't sound promising, poindexter. My 2022 winter wheels with TPMS were purchased in December 2021 and when I put them on a few weeks ago I had no issues reprogramming. Same EL50448 tool as you do. It is either your tool or sensors, I'd suspect the tool if more than one wheel is troublesome. Plus the tool is cheaper. You bought GM Genuine, so they should be good for at least 5 years.
