2019 headlight and turn signals not working

2019 equinox lt. passenger low/high beam not working as well as front pass turn signal AND pass side mirror turn signal not working all as same time? however all lights in rear of vehicle work fine??

i would look for a ground issue check this photo to see it that location may be the ground it is for the light but the mirror and turnsignal may be there as well also check for broken wires ar the ground places i had one last week that had the wire at teh terminal but it was corroded inside the insulation so give them a bit of a tug
