2011 V6 equinox will run with out key after a car wash

Hello I have a 11 Equinox a V6 3.0
Has 200 + miles on it
I have a problem
I took it to the car wash - trying to be nice
Now when I turn of the key and pull them out the car still runs
I let it dry out for a week same issues

Any suggestions
