2010 Equinox navigation add on

I am new here and was looking for some sort of factory navigation add on for my wifes 2010 equinox and all I could find was this EQUINOX NAVIGATION INTERFACE KIT | INTRAPHEX
does anyone have experience with this product or any other options out there?
