Has anyone installed an Android head unit in a Gen 1 2008 Equinox LT? I ordered one, it was plug and play harnesses. I followed the instructions including to splice the "amp" wire to a 12v accessory wire. I tried splicing ig to thr car plugs 12v. That didn't work so next I spliced to the 12v wire on the Android radio harness side. No matter what I did, I only got sound out of the front pass speaker. Also the radio did not have a setting for Gen 1 equinox years, though the seller's ad specifically said it was compatible. Just checking if anyone can recommend one that is definitely compatible. I mainly want it for radio, NAV, and to plug in some music on USB or SD card. Im not a big music streamer.
