Had a problem recently where trunk opened fine but would ‘click click’ trying to close.
Dealer checked to find rear door latch assy was problem. Had it changed out and fixed door going down but now door does not respond to ‘2/3’ height only ‘max’ when either ‘2/3’ or ‘max’ is activated on roof control and ‘max’ is the only height trunk opens to now.
Tried reset w 3 second push on button but didn’t do anything.
Ideas why this happened?
