Most likely the chain jumped when u toqured the cam bolts. Spin the motor over a bunch by hand. Can't tell u how many times ,but I done it. Check the timing. I'd almost bet it's a tooth off on the exhaust cam.

I swapped cam phasers with new gm. An put in a new gm timing set. 15000 miles with no problem

Update think it's fixed. Bad phaser. Also ac Delco on Amazon is not ac Delco. If u need cam phasers rockauto has ac Delco ones.

Both Both. I'm getting code p228 and p0089 an p0300. When it misfires now the rail pressure spikes to 1100 an desire is like 6oo. An the rail pressure command falls to 0 degrees. I hit the gas the rail pressure command goes up to 45 or so it stops missing an pressure falls from 1100 to normal

Got an updated . Reduced power is on desired fuel rail pressure is 600,ish an it's at 1100 is up an down .

An I swapped the vvt sensors again with new ac Delco ones today

I'm thinking I could have a bad phaser. I still have a rattle on start up. With all new timing I think it shouldn't? I can't even get a code now. But it will shake an miss like crazy. If I unplug the vvt sensor for exhaust it will smooth out. I think the rattle is the phaser..

The codes were for a random misfire. P 300 I think..an re ground the vavles an the exhaust vvt. I have 3 new ones 2 being ac Delco. I talked to a guy to day had him put it on his laptop . He seams to think something to do with the evap tank underneath by the fuel tank. But I can control the...

You ever get it figured out? Having a misfire in gear . Done about everything you have same issue

I messaged him. Also just now while it was missing I unplugged the exhaust actuator an it smooths out. It's new ac Delco . But when I un plugged it I also got a code for it the fuel rail pressure sensor.

Replaced fuel pump still has a misfire. I think I have change ever possible thing on the car at this point. I'll keep posting what I find

Also I have a buddy that has HP tuners. If all else fails as bad as I'd hate to I'm going to have him turn up the rpms just a touch. I'll drive it tomorrow an see how it acts

Corvairbob thanks for sticking it out. An I swapped the pump just got done. No codes other than misfire.

Update. Swapped the exhaust cam. New gm . It looked like it may have moved so very little. Same issue. I'm going to drop the tank . But first put in a new O2 .
