Hello, i have the same issue. That damn elbow is gone on my Equinox too....
Still have the hose and everything, except a way to connect it to the valve cover... Chevrolet calls it "PCV Hose Fresh Air" , and that the riveted one is "Foul Air", but still says good luck...
