My 2018 2.0 started doing the same thing recently. I have 45,000 miles on it, haven't touched the plugs or any induction service. I've done all the oil changes, vehicle hasn't required any other service other than oil changes.

My 2018 battery died last week and jumped off fine. Replaced with no issues. I'm wondering if your fuse for the communication or anything was blown when trying to jump start?

Has anybody looked into the possibility of having the 2018 software upgraded to whats in 2019? My brother in laws 2019 display and features are much better than my 2018, not to mention the high def 360 camera improvement.

Have you tried using the dimmer switch to increase/decrease the brightness? Its a push in spring out type switch on the far left side of the dash.
