2020 Equinox periodically loses data and needs to be re-entered. Data is still in memory
but all categories need to be re-checked to restore display. Has anyone else experienced
this problem? Possible fix?

I would start with checking the battery condition. If battery is good you could try removing the negative terminal, touch it to ground a minute or so, then reconnect it. That would reset everything.

Problem was finally fixed. Chevrolet first tried new software fix that didn't work. Then replaced battery that didn't work. Finally replaced the driver information console module. This fixed the problem.
