2010 Equinox - Screen Not working

The touch screen in my 2010 Equinox for the radio is not working. All it displays is the boot up animation of the Chevy logo and then the GM logo, over and over. I've tried pushing multiple different buttons but no change. I'm stuck on one radio station and can't change it. Very frustrating. I can't seem to find my owners manual. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance

One thing that comes to my mind to try is disconnecting the battery for a minute or disconnecting the fuse to the radio as to try and restart it.

If that doesn't work, I would contact the dealer, they might need to program it.

Hi..I've got a 2010 equinox.
My radio works fine but intermittently the screen goes blank...any ideas?
I've pulled the fuse and pulled the screen to look at the connections..all ok
