Splash Guards on my chromed out 2012 'nox a good idea?

I dont know how splash guards would look on my new ride. I'm considering some other upgrades but im on the fence about splash guards.

Our cars should've come from the factory with them installed imo. They make a nice visual addition to the car, as long as you get the factory ones being they match the side plastic correctly. They are more visual then functional, but do add some functionality as well.

just ordered a set from gmparts for my 2012 BGM 2LT. is there any pdf installations instructions anywhere? I haven't been able to track it down.

I would like to think there will be instructions when you receive the mud flaps.
