sorry all, been M.I.A. for awhile but wanted to give a quick update on my ‘22 LT. I’ve decided to go to different dealer that not only was closer to me, but far more helpful. My ‘Nox suffered a small accident a few months ago but thankfully nobody got hurt. However the collision shop that...
Appreciate you man! However, I just don’t have the time to keep taking off work to chase this and the energy to continue to argue with the dealership about this, nor do I want to invest anymore time with the BBB or costs of an outside shop. I think I may take an L on my Nox and have it bought...
Update: dealer still couldn’t find anything wrong with my ‘22 and after spending a bit of time with a ‘20 Nox, it seems these do have a bit of road noise to them as I’ve heard a few similar sounds on the ‘20 as my ‘22. Probably something I’m gonna have to get used to. Therefore, I’m raising...
Update: vehicle is now with the same dealer a 2nd time. Currently have a loaner ‘20 Nox from the dealer. Was also greeted with a snarky attitude from the prior advisor and she told me “Thank you for the bad survey even though I had nothing to do with it ..” Hopefully there is a fix this...
This guy tested a ‘23 Premier and when a fellow YouTuber asked in comments how the new engine was, the vlogger said it somehow felt slower than the prior years
Just curious to those that have a ‘23 ‘Nox, do you guys see any difference in acceleration or braking with the extra 5 horsepower as well as the e-boost braking system in comparison to the ‘18-‘22 ‘Nox?
Update: set an appointment with the dealership for Tuesday November 22 to have a 2nd crack at it, spoke with a GM resolution agent and she advised me of the next steps to hopefully get this fixed. I really like my ‘Nox and don’t want to lose it to a lemon law if I have to keep chasing the...
Update: someone from the dealership has reached out to me especially with my involvement with the BBB, will keep everyone posted on how this goes
Spoke with the dealership, looking to bring my ‘Nox back to the same dealership in a few weeks when work schedule allows. Hopefully this time there...
Heads up to fellow members that live in the metro Detroit area, stay away from this dealership, especially the service department. They will try to use any deceptive trick in the book to think there’s nothing wrong with your vehicle when there actually is a problem with the vehicle. Also, they...
Understandable for a ‘19 ‘Nox, but this sort of thing should NOT be happening on a brand new ‘22 ‘Nox. As mentioned earlier I replaced the OE Michelins with something else, but the thumping noise at 50+ mph is still there and I specifically explained this to the dealership the 1st time, but...
Agreed, the ball was completely dropped on the dealership’s part, and this was being as specific as possible with them. At the same time I find it amusing and disappointing that a service manager of all people can use any means of deception and trickery to fool customers just to get them out...
I can relate because my wife’s ‘22 Enclave is missing the front/rear park assist function because of the chip shortage. Haven’t heard anything yet on when the chip will be available
