Does the AWD system have to reach a certain RPM or MPH to engage ? Maybe during the transition to engage, there is some shudder..... Wouldn't explain this for the FWD though...

Sometimes a battery will show a good charge, but i don't always trust readings. I like to replace the battery every 3 years. The climate I'm in will kill batteries-- lots of heat and cold.

If those are aluminum, (not sure).. you can use a aluminum friendly paste to clean up some more. Use a magic eraser on the inside barrel, but don't overdo it

Use some 303 aerospace Protectant on rubber seals and as Vern pointed out, critical to keep the seals and area around the drain holes clear of any dirt, debris by the drain holes.

Valvoline has a new oil called Restore and Protect, it is supposed to help clean pistons, etc. Redeline S-1 fuel system cleaner will help some cleanup also. How many miles do you have on yours? Not sure about the other ecotechs...

For a iPhone, you need a genuine Apple certified (MFI ?) cable.

Hoping to trade my wife's 2017 for a new Equinox. Will probably avoid the AWD, even though I love AWD on any car. The 2025 looks awesome-- Chevy hit a homerun on the design !

I had a similar problem, I think it was a camshaft sensor that went bad on mine. It would crank, go a few feet, then die. I was right down the street from the dealership, and just made it there the last time.

I went with the same size, It's tricky enough to just keep everything going on cars these days.

Put some Continentals on my 2017, seemed to grip better than the Michelin Defenders I had on it. The Michelin Primacy ? that came on it went fast... I got mine off Tire Rack- shipped to Discount Tire, mounted and balanced for 95$. I think TR and Discount Tire have some type of partnership

I've always replaced the battery in my Equinox every 3 years, no matter what it reads..
