How do you file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Breau?

The information I received from the Chevy dealership, body shop manager, the aluminum hood has to be prepped and cleaned with zero contaminants. Sprayed with a special sealer and then painted. Any contaminates and the separation and oxidation occur.

I have a 2019 Same problem. Both the dealer AND the body shop said the aluminum hood has a special sealer and if not 100% clean when applied - it will bubble. Chevy would NOT cover it and would only fix if the entire hood was replaced. Body shop did a good job - but $1,000. It is a known problem...
