I received a call from the service manager of the dealership I use . He was on the phone with supplier quality of Chevy . There is/was a supplier issue with the seat supplier .
My rear defrost come on with the remote start also .
Mine was built the 2nd day of production . 1/10/17 Ordered in November of 16 ,was not able to take delivery until March because of quarantine
Keep track of ALL of your time with out it . Your warranty can be extended for lost time at the dealer . You may need to go over your dealers head .Same if you leased it your lease should be extended .
Mine does the same thing ,just finding out because it just got cold here .Air worked fine last summer .I have been experimenting the past few days,turned up the fan and the temps ( dual zone ) max and it did work
Other thing I noticed is a high pitch whine from the blower/fan motor @ low speed...
Dealer called ,have an appt for the seat and THREE recalls on Tuesday .
One recall is for a heater hose
another is for a loose bolt ( didn't say where )
third he either didn't know or wouldn't say
