Backup Camera

Alright so here is the dilemma....I want to install a backup camera in my 05 Equinox...and would like to put it in the mirror. But I don't want to lose my compass and outside temp....are there any Chevy mirrors that I could use? Maybe from a newer Equinox?

Can I get the backup camera to be installed and I want to see it through the sun guard.

I would go for a Magellan GPS and backup camera kit. That way you can keep the other stuffs the way they are.

Probably your best bet is to get a aftermarket, double din radio that is backup camera ready.

I understand having this feature in the mirror like this would be nice since yours does not currently. I will say though, after having it in the mirror like this I would much rather have the newer radio's with the my link systems and the radio also being where the back up camera is displayed. But that is just me.
