I got on facebook (just joined up) and riding the bike and washed the Terrain and work and having a problem with slow Internet.
Come to find out my cat likes to sleep next to the router because it's warm and she knocked it over so it messed up the signal to the laptop.
Got that fixed in more ways then one.

I got Win 7 when it first came out (free upgrade from Dell) and have liked it a lot.
I was so glad to be able to dump Vista.

Yeah. Vista equals win 98.

98se was simply one of the BEST windows programs. It took XP years before it become widely accepted, Not sure if you remember or are confused with winME (that was a bad program). Most of us (pc'ers back in that day) ran win2000 instead (server program) vs ME, or went back to win98se. XP was built upon win2000. Vista is a good program, but its a memory dump. I'm on Vista on this laptop, I have XP on my work PC....What I HATE about the latest programs is the amount of memory required just for operating. 98se was so light, it took no computing power to operate (was great for games and the like)...XP was more, but SO much lighter then Vista and Win7. I use just under 1mb of memory for idle operation......But this laptop will play just about any game I wish (though it is getting older, I've had it for 2.5 years now LOL). The new laptop I'm looking at getting has Win7 on it, will not be so bad once I reformat the harddrive, and do a fresh install w/o all the bloatware.

Yeah I can agree with that! Winme was crap... I would have said Win 3.1 But I thought that was a great program too.

I am loving this windows 7 thought... Let me tell you I am loving it!

3,1 was great for what I needed it for, 98 worked good and I had few problems with it, XP was great but it would not play all the old games, ME just plan sucked as does Vista.

I had it on a floppy and I think I tossed it the other day when I was tossed them out.
I did not have anyway to read them anymore so out they went.
