Hey all. New here on the forums.
I currently own a 2016 Equinox L. Yes, L. I know, mitigating circumstances in my finances would not allow me to buy anything higher in the class model. Anyway, Ive been making it my own and am pretty proud of my ride. However, I hate those damned blanks where the fog lite/DRL's are supposed to go in the bumper. I purchased some DRL's off ebay that are factory. But when I went to install them I found that the blanks seem to be fused to the bumper from inside. There are no mounting points for the DRL's.
I'm here to ask if anyone has mounted the Fog light/DRL units into an L or LS model Equinox? If so how did you accomplish this? If not, can someone here take some photos of the Fog Light/DRL's mounted from behind in the bumper so I can see how they are mounted?
Or if anyone has some info on alternatives to my getting this accomplished I'd greatly appreciate it.
