Hi there! The other day I started up my 2011 Chevy Equinox. The flashers were on and blinking, and there was no sound to my radio or power. It's just a black screen and no blinker sound either. I took the car to the dealership in which I purchased it and they came back with no answers and no recommendations as to where to go from here. Has anybody else had this problem? I checked the fuse box and everything LOOKS fine... Should I possibly try replacing the fuse? Thank you!

Does you radio still fail to function? There was a recall for the climate control unit that effected some of the radio functions too. Ours was replaced and I would imagine that would be something to look into!

Mine is doing the same thing. I have a 2013 Chevy Equinox. I have a black screen. The flashers sound works but the display acts like there is no power. I checked the fuses and they are fine. I disconnected the battery and waited a few minutes and hooked it back up and nothing.I called a dealership and they said it was probably the unit itself and it would be $1300 to replace it and it is not covered under warranty.
