I recently developed a problem with what I think is the microphone allowing me to use hand free calling etc on my 2015 Equinox. Suddenly my voice is not detected and she answers saying "I'm sorry I didn't catch that" or "I still didn't hear anything". It doesn't work when I am attempting to talk to someone through it either, even if I make the call manually. Not sure what has happened. Could the mic connection have been interrupted somewhere? Is the connection in the floor board or behind the dash?
